As part of his work as an analytics advisor at the Integrated Health and Social Services University Network for West-Central Montreal, Phil has created and presented an overview on the potential role of analytics for improving health care delivery.
Having observed many of the challenges facing Quebec's public healthcare delivery system, Phil has also written a white paper and created a corresponding presentation entitled An Operational Research Perspective On Improving Healthcare Delivery In Quebec. In this paper and presentation Phil outlines an integrated approach to address those challenges based on approaches used by the British before and during World War II to defeat Nazi Germany.
